If your flight is delayed, we will track it and adjust your driver's pickup time accordingly to minimize waiting. You will not be charged for the delay, and waiting charges will only apply after 60 minutes from the actual landing time.
If your journey is booked for the same day, our office will contact you to confirm your plans. However, as most of our journeys are pre-booked, if your flight is canceled for a future date, please inform us as soon as possible.
