We need your flight number to track your flight and adjust the pickup time if it’s early or delayed. This helps us to be there when you land and avoids extra waiting charges.

Your driver will meet you at the agreed pickup point, either in the arrival hall for Meet & Greet services or in the car parking area for standard pickups. Rest assured, our driver will also coordinate with you as soon as your flight lands.

If your flight is delayed, we will track it and adjust your driver's pickup time accordingly to minimize waiting. You will not be charged for the delay, and waiting charges will only apply after 60 minutes from the actual landing time.

If your journey is booked for the same day, our office will contact you to confirm your plans. However, as most of our journeys are pre-booked, if your flight is canceled for a future date, please inform us as soon as possible. If you plan to travel on an alternate flight, kindly update us to cancel that journey and then you can book a new journey directly through our website or calling +44 1372 613 3=001/+44 20 3488 3484. The cancellation fee depends on how close the courier vehicle is to the pickup address and which vehicles are available at the time of cancellation.
