Our courier service is available from 6:30 AM to 10 PM Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 10 PM on Saturday, and 8 AM to 9 PM on Sunday. Parcel delivery is available 24/7.
If you give us your email when booking, we will send you a Proof of Delivery email once your item has been delivered.
The cancellation fee depends on how close the courier vehicle is to the pickup address and which vehicles are available at the time of cancellation.
